“Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. The amenities were above and beyond as well. They supply beach towels and beach chairs which you don't see too often! “The staff were kind and very welcoming. The room and bathroom were large and very comfortable - everything worked well. Breakfast was simple but tasty - omelettes made to order, juices, baked goods, and french toast. Coffee could be stronger but it was a minor issue. A 10min walk to the beach, and ample restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend staying there. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Member and I chose to stay here instead of at a Marriott hotel.”
