“This is my second stay at this property. My first day was perfect. This day, however was very disappointing. When you pay for an ocean view room, you should be able to see out of the windows. One of the windows was absolutely filthy. I’m confident this didn’t happen overnight and it should’ve been addressed by their maintenance long ago.”

“Noise from the room above mine started at 11:00 p.m. and went on until 1:00 a.m. Nothing was done about it. TV service is terrible. The guide shows around 40 channels and less than half of them were available - none were anything I wanted to watch. Last year I stayed at the same hotel and had even worse TV problems - only a handful of channels were available. I was promised a $20 refund because of it but never received the money.”
