“Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. “Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with enough electronic ports to satisfy a family with three teenage kids! Lovely lobby area which created a family friendly atmosphere that even the guest acted like we were all one family. I will definitely use this hotel chain. ”

“Surf Club is a no frills beach house type motel that still offers all the modern amenities like in-room coffee maker, fridge, micro, wifi, etc (kitchenette). My wife and I felt like we were in the nostalgia of the 1960's. Couldn't care less that there was no elevator, the hotel is only 3 floors and there's an awesome retro dumbwaiter that takes your zooms your luggage to your floor. “Staying here with a pet was made easy by the staff and areas to walk my dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. The only issue I had was that the refrigerator did not keep food cold or even cool. The staff offered to have someone look at it but i declined. My wife is funny about people in the room.”

“The pictures online didn't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated for Fall and Halloween. Nice restaurant on-site, a really nice gym, a lovely sitting room with a fire and outdoor seating with firepit out front. Breakfast left a little to be desired- the pre-made omelets were cold but, overall, lovely and comfortable.”
