“Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was clean, breakfast was fresh, pool area and gym was clean accessible. Staff was amazing and very friendly ”

“The view from the room was a storage container. the property was clean but basic. There were a few issues in the bathroom (I received a handicapped room). The soap holder was broken, Some light switches throughout the room either didn't do anything or did things like turn off the tv which didn't make sense. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was fine but made me wonder if there was a leak/water issue? ”

“They don't allow service animals - or at least actively discourage them. The man at the front desk really wanted me to leave, which I was fine with, but I told him that he had to be the one to cancel the nonrefundable reservation through Expedia. Thats when he remembered that it was an Expedia reservation and he didn't want to deal with it, so he ultimately let me stay. I was too tired to argue. The place was fine though. Clean and convenient - just not cool with ADA mandated stuff. So if...
