“Beautifully decorated home. The home was very clean. We had 10 people in our group, ages 3 to 71. We were very comfortable with the space. The beds were very comfortable. The development offered many activities. Shopping and dining was nearby. A fun time was had by all.”

“The house is beautiful and in a great location! We stayed during off season and it was perfect. Only 10 minutes from Bethany Beach and about 25 minutes from Rehoboth Beach. My husband and I have already discussed staying here again in the future!”

“Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay.”

The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. “Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation”
