Hotel a Greenwood

“Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. No carpet on floor which makes it CLEAN pet friendly. Room had no pet odors. I had an ADA room which was perfect for easy shower access. The breakfast buffet was excellent the French toast was to die for (like home made) delicious!!! 24/7 coffee and tea available in lobby as well as a snack kiosk. My pup enjoyed the room as well. This is going to be my new annual stop over destination on my trip between NC and NY.”

“The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no...

“The breakfast was sub par and the toaster was broken. Only one side worked. They should’ve purchased a new one. I started to go to Walmart and buy one for the hotel. Guest had to wait a long time for toast.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. “This hotel was good for what. I needed it for. The room was spacious, staff helpful, pool wonderful. I will say though that the bed was hard and uncomfortable.”

“Good sized, clean rooms and very comfy beds. Staff was very nice too. Bathroom is dated but clean. Breakfast was adequate. My only complaint is the harsh smell of smoke and weed. They have warning signs at the check in desk that they will fine anyone who smokes inside the Hotel. It’s not working. Nobody seems to care. Real shame that people are so disrespectful and just don’t care about anyone but themselves.”

“Clean,friendly and quiet! My family and I stayed here while visiting Dewey beach! Just about 30 or so mins away from the beach with so much to do and eat on the way! The front desk staff was so kind and the lobby area had lots of snacks and food to buy incase you didn’t want to leave! Would def stay again!”
