“Yes clean. Air conditioner great. Bed a little hard. But everyone has different taste. Tv wasn't all that great far as watching any movies”

“Quaint and clean. Taylor at check in was very kind. The room was clean and quiet. The walk to the beach was a short zigzag away. The pool area was a nice place to relax although the water was still cold in early June. ”

“Overall, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the outlet. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was woken up around midnight by someone banging a door very loudly. The TV noise and other sounds from outside continued after midnight, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had difficulty falling back asleep because I was worried someone might come to my room.”

“Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable, parking was right in front of room. We felt safe, walking distance to restaurants and stores, 2 minutes from beach with driving, u could walk or ride a bike, the property and room was up to date and good and calm vibe. I didn’t see staff. I choose self check in. Received texts messages and code to room, the way point left robes , beach towels, and umbrella for convenience with ur stay. I choose not use them. Maybe for a longer stay. Air conditioning...

“Very quaint location, could use more sand less grass behind the hotel but otherwise beautiful, they had a cute little sand area with hammock swings, but it would’ve been nice to have sand in front of the water for children to play otherwise very nice kitchenette and bathroom size. We ate at the lighthouse, but they were out of most of the fish, which is why we like to come to the beaches for fresh fish, but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that they had parking available for us on site....

“Overall, it was a pretty decent hotel. It was clean and had everything we needed. However, the room we stayed in was right next to the entrance and the door slammed so loudly it kept us up at night.”

“We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question.”

“This was the best hotel stay we ever had and we travel a lot. We had everything we needed plus more. This hotel was great for just meet and my husband. It’s great for families as well. We will be back this summer for sure!”

“First, great hotel and even better location. Near many amenities for food or shopping choices. Hotel was clean and staff great. No issues. Lobby is extra-large with several seating areas. Outside seating area for smokers.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. The representative who greeted us upon checkin and checkout was very helpful and friendly. Guests much requests room service daily. I recommend you bring extra towels. Also, recommend you request a receipt upon leaving especially, if you have early checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel for future stay.”

“There was definitely hair in my shower that didn't belong to me. Was only there for one night, short in and out trip! WiFi & broadcasting TV option weren't great & definitely lagged, was better off using my own hot spot!”

“The morning staff older gentleman was not pleasant, or helpful. He never spoke and we stayed here for four nights. Also, when we arrived, we waited thirty minutes at the front desk for assistance. The employee stated he was the only one working so he kept getting called. We were tired from the drive and had two dogs with us. They need to have the front desk covered when guests are checking in.”

“I had a good stay at this Motel. It was clean, peaceful, and they were clear as to their expectations of me as a visitor at check-in. Great stay!”

“I Love the Hyatt it was amazing. It was our first time staying at the Hyattt.It was wondering! Just amazing. We were visiting our 88 year old aunt. Embassy Suites, Westgate, nor the Sheraton have nothing on the Hyatt. The staff was excellent very good customer service skills! Especially the young man who kept the food for breakfast replenish the, tables clean, the food area was kept clean. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant great personality! He worked there for 4 or five years...

“The room was dirty, the walls had holes in them, the WiFi didn’t work had to use my own hotspot on my phone, I checked out early and they wouldn’t refund me for my parking after being made aware of how my stay went. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone”

“Extremely professional and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and kitchenette does the job. Price is right! Have been staying here for different holidays and or events and have never had a bad stay. Will continue to enjoy for years to come.”
