“Apartment was exactly as described. Very roomy and comfortable. Kathryn was very responsive and replaced the coffee maker within an hour when I reported it broken. Location of apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the middle of all the action! Would stay again. ”

“This was our fist time visiting Delaware and it was an absolute blast. Great place, clean, great host, and you CANNOT beat the proximity to the beach (as well as restaurants, shops, etc). We hope to come back soon!”

“Loved this property! Close to everything in Dewey. The unit was very clean and spacious. The roof top deck is fabulous for morning or evening relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Being able to rinse/clean your beach items outside would be a great addition.”

Mary was awesome to communicate with!The only thing I would give a heads up on to future guests is that the property faces the back side of all of the restaurants and businesses on second street. So if you're noise sensitive you will experience some refuse management and delivery truck noise. This is not specific to this property at all but all of the housing in this...

“Everything you need is here for a great price. I was selling one home and waiting on my new home to be completed. Needed a place for 3 weeks. This property had all that you will need. Pots, pans, laundry facility, pool, computer desk, kitchen table, living room furniture. The property management staff answered any questions at a moments notice, they were very attentive. The property is nestled in a quiet complex with full grown trees and a lot of parking. ”

“Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. ”
