There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.”

He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that.
