“We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building. We were looking for a place we could relax in, cook our meals, be near Swat, and be able to jump out to Philly as well as visit family in the area. Russ’s property was ideal. We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...
