“The room was not clear and had a dirty couch and bed, there was roaches in. Checked in outside window and standing in hot sun.”

“Advertised as having a pool. Upon arrival at the property, the pool was not available. ”

“There were places to eat but area was horrible, alot of homeless people, sketchy people, people talking to themselves on the corners. ”

“The room was nice & clean on the inside. Staff was pleasant & very helpful. Unfortunately the outside trashcans were over flowing all the time. The pool looked clean & inviting. Guests were happily enjoying it. ”

“Front desk staff were very rude . No breakfast and then they said grab and go breakfast. There was absolutely nothing at 7am and they refused to refill . WiFi was very bad . I wouldn’t recommend this place . It’s a scam for the Money ”

“You get what you pay for. Had to wait an hour before I could check in. Lobby was closed and rude employee finally arrived to a long line of customers thru the after hours window at 9 pm. Holes and paint marks all over the place. You get what you pay for.”

“The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The pool is really small but other than that it was a nice stay. Everytime I asked the staff for something they brought it in a few minutes with smiles”

I checked out not even 30 mins after arriving because I did not want to subject my family in staying here nor did I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here for 2 nights without getting my room or car broken into. The check in receptionist was nice and friendly despite being very busy, that was the only positive experience. Everything else went down hill fast. Property: Dog crap through out the complex. “The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….”

“Habitación sin mal olor, las sábanas tenían manchas, el piso terriblemente sucio no puedes ni caminar en medias porque acabarán súper sucias ni se diga el baño más sucio todavía, la bañera súper sucia curtida deberían poner más atención a la limpieza del piso el control en malas condiciones si tienes estacionamiento libre, el personal normal, el aire acondicionado si funciona bien casi no dan shampoo ni jabón ese jabón no sirve deberían poner uno que si sirva y si son dos personas pues para dos...

“No full breakfast just a coffee bar (it should state this in the description for the hotel). Pool was ok but lots of leaves and leftover towels. A front desk clerk was more busy with phone calls and I asked but couldn't get any pillows. Only two towels for eight people in a room. ”
