“Depuis 8 ans que nous louons chaque été avec des attentes des plus diverses entre les enfants, petits et grands, et leur parents, cet endroit est le seul qui ait jusqu'à présent fait l'unanimité, alliant possibilités d'activités ou de repos, soleil ou nuages, excursions en montagne a 10km ou baignade dans le lac a 100m, des petits commercants top à 1km ou le grand supermarché à 15 min en voiture, et un proprietaire des plus reactifs au moindre petit souci. Beauté, calme, chaleur (mais pas trop),...

“The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.”

“We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful.”

“Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated.”

“We were a group of 15 people feom germany. The house was very big and we got many toys dor the kids. The big pool was awsome. In the house we found all things we need and much more. In the room with the kicker ans billard table we played every evening. In 20 to 30min we were in Genf and some supermarket were 10min away. The house was perfect for our holidays.”

“We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

“etablissement neuf, les chambres sont spacieuses et ultra bien equipees, tout est propre et tres confortable, acces tres facile, parking sous l'hotel, (payant mais l'hotel offre une reduction), pour diner il y a le Marriott juste en face qui est tres bien. nous choisirons cet hotel pour tous nos futurs sejours a Geneve !”
