Case in affitto a Gardner

“This home was perfect! It was just off K10, and an easy drive to Lawrence to visit KU. The home is close to a few restaurants (Mexican was great) and several fast food places, a grocery store and gas stations. The beds were so comfortable and the whole home was inviting and immaculate. There were plenty of towels, two washers and two dryers, a Keurig coffee maker (with pods!), laundry pods and dishwasher tabs as well. The game room was so cute, and the gym was a great touch! This would easily...

“When we first pulled up to the house I worried that we might have made a mistake by booking this place. The outside looks a bit rough. But you can’t judge a book by its cover. The house was bright, clean and nicely updated. There were lots of comfortable spaces for my husband, two corgis and me to relax and unwind in. Even though it was nearly 100 degrees outside, the house was mercifully cool thanks to central air conditioning. I went to the nearby grocery store to pick up some supplies and in...

“The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while...

“I enjoyed a quiet stay. The place was very clean and I loved the old school theme “back in time”.”

“Clean, homey, and good response time from host. Expectations for cleaning at checkout weren’t over the top or difficult. Overall an easy place to stay for what we needed.”

“Clean home, unique decor, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable ”

“Close to the college. Clean and tidy! Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!! Great communication with the host!”

“First time in a barndominium and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice shower and very quiet area.”

“I would definitely rent this again! It was just perfect in every way. The layout was perfect. The pool table, theater room, dart board provided entertainment in our downtime. Large table to accommodate everyone. Huge beautiful kitchen. Fenced yard for pets. And the icing on the cake…the hosts! Super friendly and always quick if not immediate responses. Not to mention close to everything! ”

“The back yard needed to be mowed, the kitchen smelled like sea food or fried fish, the restroom in the hall by all of the bedrooms smelled like cat urine, and only 1 of the 3 televisions worked in the home. The back deck the wood is cracked and looks like a safety hazard, had so much over growth you could barely make it down the decks steps to the overgrown backyard. I messaged the host about the televisions not working and the cat urine smell and only got back what seemed like automated...

“Near many amenities but off the beaten path. ”
