Questo è il tuo santuario tranquillo per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi dopo un'intensa giornata di viaggio. Arredamento bellissimo, comodi divani e nuovi materassi con lenzuola fresche di bucato, cucina ben fornita - tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Situato in posizione strategica nel cuore di Overland Park, a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di KC, dal centro, dal distretto Power & Light o dal Convention Center. Ottimo per viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie o coppie. Molto conveniente. Facile accesso all'autostrada (US69 / I-35)
La casa ha due livelli. Due camere da letto, bagno completo, spazio di vita e la cucina si trovano al piano superiore con un'altra camera da letto, bagno completo, secondo soggiorno e garage situati al piano di sotto. Il divano al piano di sopra ha un letto estraibile abbastanza grande per due e un divano letto simile al piano di sotto può essere trasformato in un letto abbastanza grande per due persone. Cucina ha un forno a microonde, tostapane e una caffettiera. Negli armadi da cucina puoi trovare tazze, bicchieri, bicchieri da vino, piatti e utensili sufficienti per 10 persone.

Signs of wearing down (holes in some areas, blinds broken). Water, plumming, toilet works, heat works. It's functionable that's what matter. Neigborhood pretty quiet.

Listing Accuracy: Verify pictures are accurate. Booked here b/c it showed 2 living areas (there was only 1 as downstairs had a bed instead of couch) and 6 chairs at the kitchen table (there were 4 so we couldn't all eat dinner together. Host did say we could purchase folding chairs and be reimbursed but didn't want to spend our time on that). Half the blinds were torn off in the bedroom with 2 beds (blinds are not damaged in the pictures), making it difficult for teens to sleep in the morning. As stated by others, this house is older and dated and isn't as new as the pictures show. There were holes in some doors, loose flooring etc. A slight odor when walking into the house but we got used to it. Cleanliness: The glasses were ok but the pans were in bad condition. Only one was usable and had to be scrubbed before use. There were extra pillows and blankets but they all had stains on them and didn't see any pillow cases to cover them.Communication: Hit or miss. It generally took a couple days and sending multiple messages to get a response but there were a couple times when we heard back within a couple of hours. Neighborhood/Noise: This was a perk. Area was very quiet. One downside was early one of the mornings they brought the trash cans up to the sliding glass door and there is a bed next to it so that scared and woke some of us up.Resolution: credit was given but was less than the agreed amount. Hose gave portion of what they received rather than what we paid. F

Beautiful home

We were in town for the football game and our original booking had a plumbing problem but the host accomodated us with an alternative property that was extremely nice, plenty of room, clean, a nice outdoor space. Boris is a great host, highly recommended

Just a place to sleep

Pictures are from when they first remodeled. It is not as nice as the pictures look. From the outside to the inside it is not being kept up and updated. For the price per night in my opinion should be much nicer inside and out.

Would stay again!

We stayed for a KU graduation, location was great and access was easy to get to the highway for the drive to Lawrence. The home was just as described and shown in pictures. Check in was a breeze and we had zero issues with our stay.

Great place for a family stay in KC!

We were in the Kansas City area for a wedding. Boris’s house was convenient to anywhere we needed to go. House was clean, comfortable, and property owner was kind and communicative. Would recommend this property, and would hope to stay again when visiting the area.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We had a small gathering of family for Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved this space! It was very clean, very spacious, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll definitely keep Boris and this house in mind for future family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

Clean, convenient, well stocked.

Unit was as advertised. The location is very convenient to US 69 and I-35. Neighborhood is quiet. There are 2 grocery stores close by - the huge HyVee is by far the better of the two. Unit was clean, plenty of hot water, easy to control heat, lots of plush towels. Beds are fine. Garage is useful but tight. Sling TV and Netflix a plus keeping a teen occupied in his own space downstairs. Boris was very communicative, check in/check out a breeze. He was very prompt in processing our security deposit refund -- much appreciated, Boris!! Would definitely stay again.
