“The owner lives a couple doors over, so will meet you to let you in. The place is a little dated and the stairs are loud going up and down them. Shower is a little small, but it works and the water was nice and hot! All went well, I have no issues or complaints. I made sure to clean everything up before I left.”

“Highly recommend. This house is ideal for a larger party (we had 7). It was super clean and well appointed. The large dining room table fit nine for games and meals. The host was very responsive through the whole process including when our Internet went down briefly. Bonus - full one bedroom apartment at the top provides an extra bath and kitchen as well as a bed. The neighborhood is typical for mid-town, rough around the edges in spots but close to downtown, the Plaza, and stadiums.”

“we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. “We had a wonderful time on our KC girls’ trip! Great house, quiet, clean. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. Location was perfect for us. Owner responded quickly and was gracious to allow us to park a car in the driveway before check-in. Appreciated too the bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and sodas the owner provided. Loved the spacious front porch, where we sat one morning to talk and enjoy the beautiful morning. Overall, I would highly recommend.”

“Vani, I cannot express enough thanks for you allowing others to enjoy your home/location. The retreats for our technology teams planned for your location went perfectly both times. All of the space was pertinent to allowing our groups of almost 20 to feel welcome, not crowded, and completely comfortable like they were in their own home. Everything was perfect! "La pulizia della camera compreso il rifacimento del letto (non il cambio lenzuola ma solo fare il letto ) viene fatta solo ogni 3 giorni e questo non era scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione! Tutto il personale è molto gentile ma Nonostante l'abbia fatto notare, mi hanno risposto che è la loro politica interna. Non solo, dopo il terzo giorno si sono dimenticati della pulizia successiva e quindi hanno pulito al quinto dopo che ho chiesto di parlare con il manager! Si sono scusati moltissimo ma purtroppo a volte la gentilezza e le scuse non bastano! Inoltre mi aspettavo una doccia invece c'era una vasca,(vecchia) senza saliscendi ( solo con un uscita per la doccetta alta, tra l'altro difettosa). Il showergel era vuoto e nonostante l'abbia detto due volte è rimasto vuoto per l'intera vacanza. Diciamo che mi sono dovuta adattare! "
