“The hotel seems to be in somewhat of a decline for cleanliness and maintenance. They charged a $12 parking fee which they have not done on previous visits. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever experienced. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There were two bottles of water on the desk with $3 price tags on them. I requested synthetic pillows and cover (my husband is allergic to down) and was told it would be changed and when it wasn't, I went down to the desk to ask again. ...

“The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!”
