“Our room was dirty. There was trash in the room the bed had hair all over it. I paid extra to get the breakfast and didn’t even get to get any the 3 days we stayed. I left the staff know about the room and told them we’d be gone for a little bit so that way they could go in there they didn’t ”

“The check in was uniquely awful. We arrived at 3 and the desk person was moving painfully slow getting people ahead of us checked in. Suddenly she disappeared and you could hear her loudly discussing something behind a closed office door. She never returned. Another lady came out and without apology or anything just nonchalantly started checking people in. Then we got to our room. The phone didn't work. There was no hot water. The bathroom ceiling vent fan was falling out of the ceiling. There...

“1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. ”

“The wifi was down the entire time. TV barely worked. Construction right outside our room. I was in town for a work trip and couldn't use my computer to work during the day.”

“Don't understand why we need to pay for parking. Most hotels have free self parking for guests. I could have sworn on the website I clicked on single king size bed but apparently was a queen. Starbucks on site doesn't have the Starbucks menu as u would think. If u like a quick place to get in and out and don't mind a hotel where kids are running around like it's a playground, pushing all the buttons on the elevators, and slamming doors all night then this is the place for u. ”

“The beds in this hotel are horrendous. Very uncomfortable. Also there are zero plates, silverware, etc to be able to fix food in your room. What is the point of having a kitchenette in the room if there is nothing to cook or eat with?”

“We didn't know what to expect. Normally, we stay is cheaper motels but due to the lack of good options, chose to "upgrade" to the InterContinental and we are thrilled with our decision. Large, comfortable room and lovely staff. We will definitely be back.”
