“My room was pleasant and clean, with everything in good working order. However the refrigerator was ran very loudly.”

“Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and...

“This was clean, efficient hotel, conveniently located near a great coffee shop, Radina's, and the reason I was there-a funeral. I would recommend this place for a future stay. ”

“The staff, I'm referring to the front desk only; nice and professional, but the rooms were dirty and smelly, there was trash all over the hallways, and the breakfast was terrible—nothing but milk and cereal. I won't be going back to that place.”

“We spent four night. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were told there was no coffee making facilities but we used microwave to heat water. So take your own microwaveable cup. The room was well worn. No usb ports, no hangers. Bath mat was thread bare with holes The beds were comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. For me anyway. There are no restaurants nearby. But the Subway is good. Very basic”

“We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. ”
