“This was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and well maintained every morning. I did have an issue with how moist the room was. Dropping the temp in the room to 63 helped. Also, the vent in the bathroom should be modified to help pull moisture out. After showering the door to the bathroom needed to be closed to keep some of the moisture down (vent/light switch on) in the rest of the room. Parking was decent. “Booked this location as it was hotter than Heck, and it had a pool. Only to find out when I got there pool was closed for maintenance. Very disappointing. Breakfast was made of undercooked pork sausage and watered instant eggs (Yuck) Staff were extremely nice, Wifi was very shotty though. Room was clean but the air conditioner was so loud in the room, So mixed about this location - one really good thing was the shower, wow great shower.”

“Tim, our host, was friendly, knowledgeable and generous with his time. We very much enjoyed the tour of his beautiful home and garden. The candlelight breakfast complete with champagne flutes was truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The kitchen had snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. that was nice. Soaking in the tub was a wonderful experience. The steps were a little challenge (We are 70) but the handrail made it work. It is a lovely place to stay with books to read, games to play. We found ear plugs in the drawer by the bed but did not really need them. We enjoyed hearing the train and it did not come by too often. All of the attractions in Wamego are within walking distance. It was a relaxing superb location. I...
