“The breakfast was great! Only disappointing part was the pool was not open. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“I’ve been staying at the Bluemont hotel for six years, and this was the first time they’ve decided to charge $17 a day for parking. This was not listed when I booked on Expedia. The woman at the front desk did waive the fee this time only. She said they just started this two months ago. Also, the bed was hard as a rock and I could feel all of the coils, the pillows were lumpy, and the room temperature was inconsistent. I won’t be staying there again.”

“The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.”

“Unique place on a beautiful property. So peaceful with an amazing view of the lake. A bit confused at first about the seperate suites. We would definitely like to come back and spend more time exploring the area.”

“I felt the desk person should be at the counter not sitting behind a "screen fixture." This was highly impersonal. This should be changed immediately. Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.”

“The night before I return I ask for a shuttle to take me to the airport, I never received the shuttle and was told I had to make other arrangements at 11:00 am in the night.”
