“The lobby was under construction which could have been fine, but the staff did not greet me when I arrived. They were sitting at their temporary tables and I had to ask to be checked in.”

“We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least...
