We checked in after a long 12hr or travel day and the first room virtually had no water and/or pressure the toilet tank was empty and the water was off! We asked for a different room and they said they would give us a very nice room! It was not nice this hotel is extremely run down, bedding stained and ripped,towels extremely stained, hair (not mine on the bedding & towels), mattress topper stained, chair stained, holes in the walls … I ended up asking for a clean comforter and they did give me one but it did not fit the bed! The bed was so soft it had a mattress topper that did not fit the king bed! Someone came knocking on our door at 11:30pm, woke me and scared me and I couldn’t get back to sleep, I didn’t answer it as my husband was fast asleep… the parking lot was empty so that should have been my first clue when pulling up! For the price of this room I expected more! I will never stay here again … we checked out before the continental breakfast so didn’t experience that!

This was the best night stay I've had on a last minute road trip. It was very quite, the bed was comfy and I got my deposit back in about 3 days! I wasn't expecting it because these places usually don't honor it but I did receive my deposit! That and how quite it was deserves a 5 star in my opinion!

The room was not clean at all. Dust/hair/debris on the floor (old Cheetos and bottle tops, among other clutter). Surfaces were dusty/dirty and, in some cases, sticky with whatever dried fluid was left on them. Also, one bed’s sheets were more wrinkled than I have ever seen sheets be and were put on the bed sideways. I had to remake the bed. Would not stay again.

Obviously they do not mop the floor at all. I took one of the wash plots and made a path from the toilet to the bed, and it was filthy dirty. The shower knob doesn't work, the shades are becoming shreds, there are so many things that need to be fixed in this room, It was unbelievable. The fixtures in the bathroom needed to be replaced, when they came to clean the room, they didn't even take out the trash.They took a glass, but they didn't replace it. Absolutely, I would never stay at this place.Nor would I recommend anyone to stay. Filthy filthy dirty and very poor maintenance.

Staff lacked in communication. Expedia posted rooms that weren't available. All towels looked stained and filthy. I asked for King bed and was given a two bed, and to just deal with it because it was all they had. I'm disappointed with this experience, I usually have decent ones.

The room was rough. The bathroom had major black mold on the ceiling and on the base of the railings. The shelf that was supposed to hold the towels was broken and falling off the wall. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the bathtub and toilet had blue stuff all over the seat. The room smelled of chewing tobacco and mushiness from what I’m guessing was mold. The pillowcases didn’t appear to be changed and had a blood stain from someone who probably had a bloody nose. Would never go back.

Dirty, Unsafe, and Poorly Maintained The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarettes. The whole room stank, and even the bath towels smelled like smoke. Then I saw a bug crawling on top of the pillow. I couldn’t believe it. I refused to use that pillow — it was absolutely disgusting. When I looked closer, the pillowcase was yellowed and dirty, and the bed itself looked unclean. The bathroom was also terrible. The toilet was so filthy that we had to clean it ourselves before using it, and there were long hairs all over the floor. A used hand towel was hanging over the shower curtain — who knows who left it there. The other hand towels had stains and looked unsanitary. Everything felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make things worse, the exit door to the outside had a broken lock, meaning anyone could walk into the building without a key card. It felt very unsafe to stay there. I’ve been traveling across the United States and have stayed in many hotels around this price range, but this one is by far the worst. The condition, cleanliness, and security of this hotel do not match the price at all. I also saw other reviews saying the breakfast was so poor — and yes, it really was. But honestly, before worrying about breakfast, they should focus on cleaning the rooms properly and improving hygiene standards first. Totally disappointing and unacceptable.

It takes a LOT for me to write a poor review. The staff were pleasant when they were at the front desk, which was rarely. The room itself was fairly outdated and had an unclean presence. The bathroom was leaking and dripping constantly, and had a general appearance of dirtiness. The area around the hotel was filled with several other hotels and a landing spot for overnight workers and people hanging around the doors into the late hours of the night. But the WORST part of this hotel, was the breakfast. This was NOT a breakfast. They had one plate of wrapped packaged muffins, and a coffee set up. The waffle maker was half broken. There was NO creamer, NONE. Only a half and half bottle in the fridge, which was luke warm. We couldn't eat anything there.

No water or drinks at breakfast. Only one waffle maker and a few muffins and that’s it. It’s sad how dirty the facilities and rooms are. For what we paid we should have gotten at least water or no makeup spots on sheet. Room had a smell. Well at least the pull out bed wasn’t full of food. Had good hot water showers and toilet were clean

The property address is not correct. It is not on Wanamaker Drive, it is actually on SW Westport Drive. I drove past it twice. The breakfast area is not well monitored. There is nothing more than one waffle maker and a toaster and bread. There is no jelly, jam, or honey for the bread. No low sugar syrup for the waffles. Coffee frequently ran out. The bathroom had no hair conditioner, and the hair dryer was gone. The only ice maker was out of service. Pluses would include: (1) Price, it was reasonable enough to make the problems acceptable {just glad my wife wasn't along on this trip}. (2)The room was clean, (3) the staff were courteous, although the front desk was not always manned.

It is very run down. Ice machine didn't work. Pool was closed. Upholstered chair in the room was stained. Breakfast was a joke. Not even any fruit. peeling paint and drywall. One of the worst places we've ever stayed.
