“Nicely equipped Lakehouse with hot tub. Very relaxing after our bike rides on the Flint Hills Trail.”

“The house was perfect for our group. The common areas were spacious and the bedroom/bathroom configuration was just right for our group. The kitchen had almost everything we needed and the dining rooms allowed for a family-friendly dining experience. We were very comfortable.”

“Great house. Super comfy. Great amenities. Needs a toaster (couldn’t find one). Love the remote location.”

“Frances's house is a great place for family to come and gather. Each of the beds were amazingly comfortable. And from a fully stocked spice drawer, to enough towels for everyone, this home was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. The owners were awesome, and answered our slew of questions throughout our stay. We can't wait to stay again at Frances's house!”

“This is an incredible place to stay! The staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I'm now a believer that outstanding service still exists.”

“Staff took forever to check me in and out. Bed was stiff, room was dirty, bathtub had stains on it”

“Everything was fine.”

“We enjoyed our stay there and it was very clean and cozy. Sadly we got there late and had to leave fairly early, so we didn’t get to explore around the cabin at all.”

“Amazing location and incredible house and hosts!!!”
