Hotel a St. Marys

“Hotel was under construction so lobby and hallways blocked with ladders and debris. Front desk staff was absent and had to be found by construction staff to even check in. Improper check in by clerk had staff walk in to room unannounced to “check if someone was in the room.” Resulted in having keys reprogrammed 3 times.”

“Fire alarm malfunctions keeping us up until 3:30 am and lack of secure doors were only issues, staff and everything else was great”

“Great budget option, breakfast 4/10, property needs some reinvestment into overall condition and condition of rooms. Cleanliness was lacking. Hard to get a good nights rest. Lots of noise and people coming and going all week. There was a car broke into (not mine but be sure to lock your car and remove valuables). Honestly you get what you pay for imo. ”

“We were here for an overnight stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they are horribly short staffed. Also, there were a few things in our room that need repair (broken and loose tile in the bathroom, bathroom door wouldn't close properly), and the furniture was due for an update. Breakfast was a grab-and-go bag, so we didn't bother. The pool was out of order. We might consider staying again if we knew the owners/management were investing in some repairs and upgrades.”
