“レセプションの方やレストランのスタッフの方はとても親切で気さくに声をかけてくださる。 朝ごはんも全般的にとても美味しい。 しかし、オンラインのサービスは低く、エクスペディアのメッセージを送信しても返事が一週間後などとても遅い。改善すると良いと思う。 施設は全般的に古めかしい。 この値段なら仕方ないと思う。 wifiが遅い。または繋がらない。困った。”

“Four of us stayed in the Suite with extra bed. Overall the facilities and amenities in the room were great especially the under ground direct access to the Plaza Senayan mall, and it was just next to the GBK sports park. The only disappointment was that we had to wait 2.5 hours since we checked in for our room to be ready. But the Reception staff was kind to offer a very late check out to help console us. Breakfast experience was also great.”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“Well maintained hotel near express way in Jakarta (Always a plus in this high traffic city), even if not easy to reach it if heading South. Room in good shape but bed not the most comfortable I experienced. Shower right in the centre of room with open bathroom (I was alone and so ok, but not the same if travelling with Others). Located right beside couple of shopping malls with several restaurants Gym with not many machines”
