“This place was awful- my husband and I ended up leaving after being there for 3 hours. The room was filthy; there was mold in the shower along with pubic hairs in the bathtub. The pool area was a joke and the hot tub was yellow. The whole place smelled awful and we didn’t feel safe being there. Very shady motel. ”

“Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

“Breakfast was the same and tasted stale”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room.”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The room for the needs of my adult son. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice having a kitchenette. ”

“Location location location. Walk to Williamsburg from the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. The one thing is there is no where to eat except breakfast at the facility. There are restaurants etc within short driving distance. ”

“Staff friendly but no cooked breakfast as advertised. Door keys failed on second and third morning and required programming. Staff thought we had checked out on day one. 😳”
