“Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. “Siamo arrivati all'una di notte,check in veloce e abbiamo ordinato anche un ottima cena in stanza. Ottima la colazione. Purtroppo non posso giudicare la zona circostante perché siamo ripartiti già la mattina seguente. ”

“The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊”
