“We really like this hotel! We were very disappointed when we called the help deck and they said they were full. Luckily we checked with Expedia and they said there was a room available. After discussion with the front desk they said the help desk was steering business away from them. You should sue the help desk for steering. They are literally steering business from there own company.”
