“The room was clean. Nothing extra special. The air was stuffy and no windows to open. I slept well, comfortable bed. good value for the price.”

“Had to wait for 10 minutes just to check in as front desk clerk was in the pool area talking with friends. Layout of rooms was confusing. Walls are paper thin and was loud in the room during the night hours. Located right off the highway so you had to listen to it all night as the room didn’t have AC. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. ”

“We came into Minot for a last-minute stay and the hotels I usually book were completely full, so I had to find something else. I found this one online and paid for it through the app. The pricing was good and the reviews seem good. From the outside of the building, it looked nice, but went downhill after that. When we came inside, there was no front desk person to be found. We rang the bell a few times and finally after about five minutes, someone came out when we got up to our room. The floors...

“Great Hotel! They are undergoing a refresh but only have the 1st floor left. Our room was already redone and what a great room! Awesome staff, great breakfast, great location. Will stay here again and again!”

“Room was gross. Dated and patched over damage everywhere. Stained bedding. Visibly dirty walls. Cigarette burn in duvet. Floor not swept and sticky. Worst of all incredibly noisy foot traffic above our room. Started at 4 am and went steady until 8 am. Brutal. Absolutely awful. Recommend to stay anywhere else. ”

“First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...

“The water park has been shut down for quite some time which is very disappointing. The best part of the property it is connected to the mall.”
