“Super convenient location close to Minden and on the river. We needed somewhere convenient to stay for a hockey tournament and this fit the bill. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating.”

“We had a very relaxing time, it was very easy to plan and communicate with the host. The only complaint is that the dogs next door barked non stop at our dog through the fence, we were warned that they bark but they were a bit excessive. If you are bringing a pet, be ware that the neighbors' dogs will bark at it when you're outside with them. This is also not the hosts' fault and I would never impact the rating on the property it was just a bit much to listen to.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this place next to Lake Dalrymple! The location was absolutely stunning, with serene lake views right from the property. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful escape, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The home was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. I especially enjoyed spending time by the lake, whether it was relaxing...

“The stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was very equipped, the covered BBQ and hot tub was very nice as well. The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. The overall experience was great and we'll definitely come back next winter for another skii and snowboarding weekend!”

“The host was prompt and responsive, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay.The lower-level heat was not functioning (with outdoor temperatures around -5C). Portable space heaters were provided, but they needed to be used continuously and repeatedly tripped the breakers, making it difficult to keep the area consistently warm. The breaker panel was located in a cellar beneath a trap-door-style access, which was not readily accessible, making resets...

“Everything about this home was perfect for our group. We loved the large family room with a big table for playing games. The library, general store, and daytripper to Beausoleil Island (Georgian Bay Islands NP) are all a very short walk. There was also a park with play area and pickleball courts across the street!We had plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep and enjoy meals.”
