Zukaland Lakehouse is a private, full-property retreat designed for comfort, connection, and immersion in nature. Thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels, the home offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, direct lake access, and curated optional experiences that allow guests to shape their stay—whether relaxed, adventurous, or celebratory.

This property is ideal for families, friend groups, multi-generational stays, and special occasions that call for space, privacy, and memorable surroundings.

WELCOME TO ZUKALAND LAKEHOUSE

Escape to ZuKaLand Lakehouse, a beautifully styled waterfront home on the shores of Sparrow Lake in the heart of Muskoka. Perched just steps from the water on iconic Muskoka rock, the property offers approximately 240 ft of private shoreline, 270-degree panoramic lake views, exceptional fishing, and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.

The Lakehouse is surrounded by water on multiple sides and features a spectacular rooftop terrace with lake views on three sides, making it a truly immersive lakeside experience—approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto.

This is a private, full-property rental. No other guests are present during your stay.

This stay is part of Zukaland — a family-owned and thoughtfully managed nature retreat offering several unique accommodations and curated experiences.

The accommodation rate includes the booked lodging only.
Guests may enhance their stay with optional add-on experiences, such as our Cedar Outdoor Spa with wood-fired hot tub and sauna, curated activities, and specialty rentals.

All optional experiences:

- Are requested and confirmed separately after booking

- Are subject to availability due to manual preparation requirements

- Are billed separately and not included in the base accommodation rate

🌿 ZUKALAND LAKEHOUSE — HOUSE RULES

Welcome to Zukaland Lakehouse! We want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the property, our neighbours and the natural surroundings. Please review the full listing, including Other Things to Note, before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these rules.

1. Booking, Guests & Amenities
Base rate includes up to 10 registered guests; maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
Additional guests beyond 10: $50 per person, per night.
Only registered guests are permitted. Visitors require prior approval.
The accommodation rate includes only the amenities explicitly listed as included. Optional experiences and add-ons are charged separately and must be arranged in advance.

2. Registration & Liability Waiver
The Guest Registration Form and Liability Waiver must be completed before arrival. It includes guest details, optional amenity selections and acknowledgment of the risks associated with waterfront activities, watercraft, spa facilities, fires, wildlife and natural terrain.

3. Check-in & Checkout
Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Checkout: By 12:00 PM (noon)
Please advise us of your expected arrival time. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

4. Cedar Hot Tub & Sauna
The wood-burning cedar hot tub and sauna are optional paid experiences, not included unless expressly confirmed in your reservation.
Reservations require at least 48 hours` notice and are subject to availability until confirmed.
Preparation involves fresh water, firewood and extensive heating time.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Once preparation has begun, the experience is nonrefundable.
Follow all operating and safety instructions provided.

5. Gatherings, Parties & Noise
Family gatherings, birthdays and retreats are welcome within the registered guest limit.
Unapproved parties, raves, DJ-style events and uncontrolled gatherings are prohibited. Organized events require advance approval.
The Lakehouse is secluded, so you`re welcome to enjoy music, celebrations and lively gatherings inside the house, provided they remain within the approved guest limit.
Outdoor quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
During these hours, please keep outdoor conversations and activities quiet, as sound travels across the lake and may disturb neighbours.
No amplified music on the rooftop terrace or by the lake at any time.
Illegal drugs and illegal activities are prohibited.

6. Smoking & Outdoor Fires
No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors using ashtrays.
