“This house is in excellent condition. My grandchildren loved playing in the loft. The screened in room was a wonderful refuge from the family chias. We all loved the beach and the canoe. I can’t say enough about our vacation here.”

“We came up to get our kids (4&6) skiing at pleasant mountain. Location was convenient and well priced for a very low key long weekend. House had what we needed including games and puzzles. We were able to get out and explore both bridgton and North Conway easily. We spent little time outside on the property with some wet weather but imagine that would have upped the experience another notch.”

“We were a group of eight ladies all family . We had a great time. Several ladies enjoyed using the hot tub. The youngest enjoyed the tree house. Located in a quiet location where we could have some privacy was great too. We prepared most of our own meals and the kitchen was spacious enough for all of us to move around each other. “The house was perfect for so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner even let us check in a few hours early so we could shower before an early rehearsal dinner. Will definitely be looking to stay again over the winter to go skiing!”

“We arrived when electric crews were restoring service to everyone, and when the generators stopped, the sounds of loons and ducks took over. The property is adorable, you are literally 2 steps from the water. We couldn't stop watching the ducks, different birds, a heron parade down the cove. “Thank you for a great long weekend in Maine. Half of our family enjoyed skiing at Mt. Pleasant for a day when the other half of our family cross country skied at king pine. We were able to snow shoe locally at Pondicherry park in Bridgton too and were able to use your snow shoes that were provided at the house. Thank you! “Fabulous stay. Took my adult daughter and her two dogs out for a quick overnight adventure. Loved staying in the treehouse (birdie). Perfect size, location on property was good (away from other structures) and had picnic table, potbelly stove, grill, and out house right near the treehouse. They supplied bedding,camp chairs, and even a small battery powered fan. They also offered and we accepted ATV transport of our things from our parking spot to the treehouse. “Beautiful cabin, very close to Sunday River and town. Had everything we needed and the hot tub and fireplace were nice after a long day skiing. We booked the private chef for dinner one night and it was an amazing meal- highly recommended!”

“This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.”

“We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH.
