“Stayed at this hotel because the reviews were promising. When I arrived, the building was a little run down and the man behind the counter was nice and inviting, however I had to ask for my room to be switched 4 times as the family above me room had their kids just running around and banging making noise. he kept saying he called to let them know to be quiet, but he in fact never did. I slept a total of 3 hours the whole night because of the kids. the next day when the receptionist was changed...

He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,...

“Dopo tante ore di guida arrivare al B&B di Bill è stato come un sogno, in mezzo a una campagna dove la sera le lucciole danzano tra gli alberi c'è una casetta curata e accogliente che non dime3nticheremo. La mattina dopo abbiamo visitato l'outlet village e i km in più fatti per arrivare a Stony Creek (15 minuti) sono valsi la pena! Unico rimpianto non aver previsto di rimanere lì un paio di notti in più.”

“We arrived for a wedding with my kids. My son is disabled and has trouble with stairs. When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. “Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”

“We got a suite, which was big and had a fully functional kitchen. I really liked the space. However there was a jackhammer going from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 pm every day. And there was no escaping it -- you could also hear it while at the pool. When I talked to the manager, he apologized and offered to refund part of my stay. I never got the refund. We stayed for 3 nights, paid top dollar for a suite, and it was pretty miserable.”
