“Master bed was not comfortable”

“My Room have Moho on the entrance it’s bad aspect. The room was not clean it all , someone come to change beds sweep and mop, Graciela it’s a excelente house keeping. Other than that it’s ok, oh! The front desk lady she it’s very nice!”

“The place was beautiful and in a great location. The only issue we had was that our air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there. They had to control it manually because our thermostat didn’t work. The last two days we had no air conditioner at all and it was hot. We were told numerous times someone would be up to help us. They never showed. We called down to desk several times with no answer. We just gave up trying. We were told by the manager he could not refund us any money...

“Our room was clean but not very spacious. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Only one sitting chair at the table. Balcony was very nice though. It had two nice chairs and a nice table for sitting in the morning for coffee and viewing the beach. The beach was outstanding. Not crowded and peaceful. Two pools. One for adults and the was for families with children. They were clean with tons of lounge chairs to sit and visit. There were outside games and it’s just a short walk to the pier. The...

“The view of the beach was amazing and quick access was so nice and definitely the best part about our stay! Our room was cleaned well! The outdoor pool was nice could have been a bit cleaner but still did the job of cooling us off. There were a few things around the property could have been maintained a bit better such a trash and cigarettes laying around. Overall though we had and fun and will definitely stay again!”

“The bed had an uneven mattress, with unfitted sheets and the spring box mattress was metallic all around, so it was very noisy. The hotel needs an overall upgrade. The checking area was cluttered and disorganized. I wouldn’t stay again or at least for no more than 1 night.”
