“Best way to describe it was, it was okay. Nothing special. The front desk person was nice. The room was meh. No issues, just nothing to write home about.”

“We stayed there while visiting family, so we simply needed a pet friendly hotel, but I feel they could improve breakfast. They had a fridge that held whole milk and packs of butter, but no yogurt as you might find in another hotel. Three of the four cereal dispensers had something inside and all were sugary options. Lastly, the waffle batter had a sour taste when cooked. They don’t need more options, but stock what you do offer and make sure the food isn’t going bad.”

“The room was spacious and the bathroom was new and very nice. The room was clean. The gym facilities had very new equipment and they were all functioning. However, Wi-Fi in the hotel is not good and the TV in the gym was nonfunctioning.”

“The room was dirty. I had roaches crawling on the floor, no shower soap, a hole In the bathroom wall, poor TV channel access, no one answered the front desk after I tried to call them on three different occasions. I had to leave early in the morning to attend a conference, and when I came back and asked for a refund, they told me they would have done it but it was after 12pm and their system did not connect with Expedia’s. “Upon checking in to my room, the tv remote didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was trash in the hallway by the elevator. The kitchen was filthy. Stains on the floor in my room. The room also had a strange smell. There was no microwave in the room.”
