Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Terrible stay. The water randomly went out for about three hours — even though there were signs posted. It happened while I was literally in the middle of using the bathroom and planning to shower right after. I guess that wasn’t happening that day.
When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk how often this water issue happens. I was told “hardly ever,” only during room maintenance. Well, it happened that very same day.
On top of that, the staff refused to let me check in because I arrived a little early. They were completely rigid about the exact time and wouldn’t budge at all.
Then breakfast was another joke. I arrived at 9:00, and they had already cleaned everything up. When I asked if I could at least grab a bagel to go, I was told no, as if the world would end over one bagel.
Overall, extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing service.
