“Mattress was very uncomfortable no microwave or refrigerator”

“My room was not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and had to use tissue in the bathroom. On each occasion during breakfast, they ran out of items, and you had to wait around for it. First day, they ran out of bacon, hot water for tea and bread. Second day, they ran out of bagel, Mild for coffee and hot water for tea again. They had limited fruits”

“Nature path”

“The mold was seen visible in the bathroom and the floors were not clean. Old furniture and asked for a rebate to no avail. Was told the property was updated. Beds are old and furniture is not new. TV has very few stations. Was not satisfied at all.”

“The room was okay. The curtains didn’t shut all the way—Lamp next to bed did not work. I forgot my expensive “Owala” water bottle. When I realized it was missing—which was ONLY half hour after check out—they told me it was not in the room. I know for a fact it was—left on nightstand next to bed. I just said to girl on the phone I hope your cleaning people enjoy it. Must need it more than me. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. Will not be staying here again or giving a referral...

“Motel is old but everything works and it was quiet which is all I was looking for.”

“Perfect clean and safe for a quick overnight stay. Owner is very nice and polite. There are no amenities. Only complaint I have is that is if right on I-95 and is noisy.”
