Hotel a Hashmatabad

“The facility was very sweet, they packed us breakfast at 6am since we had a flight to board.”

“The property is new and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately sheets were dirty and towels smelled of damp. Toilet paper was not enough and they were stingy if you asked for more. Food was good, but waiters were slow and they didn’t seem to understand what their job implies (they forgot to give you glasses or cutlery unless you specifically asked for them). “The rooms wasn’t as shown in the pictures. The rooms were very small, bathroom was very small. Shower knob was broken, there was no hot water. Really terrible experience and didn’t get what was written on the overview or shown in the pictures ”

“The hotel is terrible. It’s not a dream palace, it’s a nightmare palace. The bathrooms were so dirty. The bed had bugs, ants, cockroaches. The toilet seat was missing from one room. They trick you into getting non ac rooms. This property should be removed from Expedia. It’s ruining the reputation.”

“Rooms have nice layout and are okay. Since I found the towels and bed linen not clean enough I did not want to stay any longer in my room. They were somewhat washed but not acceptable for anyone with higher hygienic standards. Overall hotel is ok , I guess, and area too. Just couldn’t trust it.”

“Cons: Wifi was there but no internet. And corridor and bathroom had bad smell. And TV remotes were broken. Pros: Good room and TV network. Staff was courteous. Stay was overall pleasant.”
