“Stayed here on numerous occasions. Apartment are clean. Great for public transport and some reasonable eating places. Great for having a supermarket close by. ”

I dintorni dell'albergo sono molto belli, e in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al ferry per attraversare la baia, oppure è vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e hanno saputo soddisfare le nostre richieste. Un sentito ringraziamento per sorpresa recapitata in camera per la nostra luna di miele, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo questa attenzione speciale. La colazione era ottima e con una vasta scelta di cibi...

“Quiet, convenient, clean, lovely to be able to open balcony style door and get fresh air. Extremly handy for the train and groceries, and lots of lovely eateries.”

“Struttura buona come la privacy. Pulizie, per quanto riguarda un hotel così con 4 stelle, al di sotto della media (rimaste per tutta la settimana l'impronta di caffè delle tazze). ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”

“メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。”

“L'albergo è carino, situato in un bel quartiere, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Volendo si può fare colazione a un prezzo abbordabile. Per quanto riguarda le camere, dipende dal prezzo che si paga. La struttura non è molto moderna, perlomeno però è tipica, situata difronte ad un parco: il lunedì sera si esercitano a suonare le cornamuse.”

“We enjoyed our stay as our daughter lives there and it was great for us shopping n transport n restaurants excellent. The only negative was the unit need some updating n maintenance work but would still stay there again ”

“As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility. ”
