Splendida la location, in mezzo al verde e ai campi da golf, per appassionati una manna. Purtroppo la camera non è all’altezza, doccia con tenda ed erogatore troppo basso, finiture vecchie, niente minibar, vista nel mio caso sul parcheggio, tubature rumorose. Pessima la cena, mai successo di trovarmi così male, zuppa del giorno una semplice passata di...

“We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“Camera ampia ma non pulita (ho trovato sporco per terra in vari angoli). Bagno ampio ma male organizzato: nessun gancio per asciugamano vicino alla doccia o al lavandino, appesi in un angolo dietro alla porta. La vasca/doccia (soluzione di per sè poco comoda) non drenava l'acqua: la piletta non mostrava otturazione ma l'acqua rimaneva nella vasca/doccia. Le camere sono disposte su pochi piani molto estesi per cui ho dovuto camminare molto tra reception e la mia camera. Per di più, ascensore...

“Lovely quiet location, parking immediately outside, very friendly welcome. Superb room, warm, clean, fun smart decor. Comfy beds with toppers. Lashings of hot water. Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you! ”

Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Great hotel with many comforts and services, located not far from the centre and Coventry railway station. Helpful, kind staff. The view from the 8th floor was a plus! ”

“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”
