“The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out. “Interesting rambling hotel built into the hillside, resulting in multiple steps up to the bedrooms. Excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Minor niggles on the plumbing & shower: the cold pipe appear to be bundled with the hot and produces tepid water unless run for a long time - not ideal in a heatwave. The soap dispensers are about head level that make them awkward to operate. A lower location would be better. No basket or shelf in the shower for flannel or own soap or shampoo.”

“Hyggelig hotell med engelsk sjarm beliggende i veldig engelske omgivelser. Jeg hadde bedt om rom på bakkeplan pga helseutfordringer og det hadde jeg fått. Rommet hadde vannkoker og te etc, samt en flaske vann og cookies💜 Badet hadde alt det et baderom skal ha, nok håndklær, såpe og annet. Frokosten var meget god og meget engelsk. Alt i alt et fint opphold. Anbefaler dette hotellet. ”
