“Even though my wife is the director of housekeeping at winstar world casino and we can spend the nights there we prefer this nice hotel ! We stay every two weeks! Good customer service!”

“My room was excellent! The price was also below the going rate. Remodeling was taking place in the lobby and breakfast area which I would imagine is the reason for the price drop? The room was excellent. Large, clean. The front desk was efficient and friendly! I would definitely stay there again!”

“It’s not great, but let’s start with the positives. Location is good and easy to access and park. Beds are comfortable. Now for the bad. My sheet had a full size shoe print on it. The comforter had stains. You could see stained pillows beneath the cases. Thank goodness I always travel with my own pillow. Expansive mold in the bathtub and sink areas. Faucet ran water the entire time of our stay. Toilet kept getting stuck and loudly ran. Smelled bad upon arrival. We traveled with a family member...

“The entire building including the room stinked really bad which made it hard for me and my newborn to sleep. The ac also looked like it had never been cleaned.”

“When I got at my motel it was not clean it looked like they just made the beds and that was it got put into another room it was a lot cleaner than the first room was not sweat they did not move stuff to clean underneath like the microwave underneath it was nasty”

“the lady was sweetbut overwhelmed. we got no check on towels or trash. there was no brakfastbecause of a leak in the rooom. if we could of gotten breakfast it would have been only waffles or cereal. in thewords about the hotel we were supposed to hav a buffet. we had a big room but there was a combat trap in it.we have been there before but we will not be back”
