“In un bel quartiere, struttura ricavata da un edificio storico finemente ristrutturato. Molto elegante. Pulizia perfetta, parcheggio privato (con supplemento). Colazione ottima. Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. Per noi, esperienza molto positiva.”

“Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit. ”

“The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. “Si era fresco el desayuno , la gente de este hotel muy amable. En principio el bus nos dejó en otro confort inn y no era y la señora muy grosera nos dejó hablando hay y nos ignoró porque no era , pero era la misma cadena de hotel”

“The lot was definitely poorly lit you would drive right by it and not even know it if you weren't using a gps. Also the deposit that you had to put down after paying online that said would be refunded in three hours after checkout is still not returned. Will be monitoring this very closely to make sure I do indeed get that back as all I did was sleep for the 10 hours I was here.
