“The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Pool and gym were great. Patio area with fire pit was a great space for us hang out, eat and let the kids have more space to move about. Close to everything! Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others for a nice, quick stay in Lancaster.”

“Price was reasonable but the rooms were outdated. Our original room was so poor with a stained and riped couch and leaking bathroom sink, we requested a different room. Also breakfast was only bananas, bagels, bread and cereal so if you have dietary restrictions, there isn't much to eat.”

“Room was dirty. The pool was cloudy like it hasn’t been cleaned. I had to wait each time I needed to talk to someone at the desk.”

“Very nice big room with a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. Parking was plentiful, and the breakfast was very good with different options every day. The location is close to shopping and restaurants.”

“The only reason I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 was because they seem to be in the middle of renovations. The rooms my family had were very nicely redone, but they are not done with the lobby and hallways. The property was clean and the staff were very professional. Unfortunately, we arrived before check in time after a harrowing time getting to the hotel, (the car broke down several times) and they would not let us check in without paying $35 early check in fee per room. We couldn't...

“I had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel valued from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.”
