My problem wasn’t with the hotel but with Expedia. My wife broke her ankle just before we left for the hotel. Per the cancellation policy I could only get a full cancellation two days before check-in. After that I would be charged for one night. When I went online to cancel ( just before 1 pm) I was not given the option to cancel because it was checking time at the hotel - check-in time was not until 4 pm. I should only be charged for one night but Very difficult to get actual help from Expedia. The online help just links me to the cancellation policy and no further. HELP!!!!
