“Nice”

“This is the worst property I have ever stayed at the hotel was filthy. I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests”

“Clean and comfortable room. One front desk concierge was very helpful and addressed issues happily. Other front desk concierge was not happy or helpful. Plenty of free parking.”

“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono. Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “A better family type restaurant.which was there before. Staff was pleasant.”

“Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!”

“All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.”

“Overall great stay tv channels didnt work, but that was okay. Breakfast was a joke. But ee didnt book this for the food. Quiet, staff was helpful and pleasant. No weird people.”
