“Nice”

“This is the worst property I have ever stayed at the hotel was filthy. I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests”

“The location was great for us visiting family in the area. The staff is always very accommodating.”

“Clean and comfortable room. One front desk concierge was very helpful and addressed issues happily. Other front desk concierge was not happy or helpful. Plenty of free parking.”

“Overall great stay tv channels didnt work, but that was okay. Breakfast was a joke. But ee didnt book this for the food. Quiet, staff was helpful and pleasant. No weird people.”

“The hotel needs some work. The room was dull and old and some cracks in the wall and ceiling. Staff was nice and pleasant.”

“Room was disgusting pink goo stains on one comforter burn holes in the other. Boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Stains on sheets and towels. Sagging falling apart ceiling tiles. Staff was friendly at check-in but refused to address issues or even switch rooms (there were available rooms) Don't stay here.”

“I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days .”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Property was very clean staff were very helpful beautiful place.”

“All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.”
