“5 stars with a caveat. My husband stayed two nights. He is used to pretty high-end hotels that he would stay at for business travel in California and New York. He loved this hotel and stated it was very clean and staff was great. Bed was comfortable. His only had two things he felt needed improvement. He was unable to adjust the temperature of the room and he likes to sleep in a fridge. So it was too hot for him. Not sure if every room is like this or if there was an issue with the thermostat in...

“The room was good, but it would have been nice to know the pool or hot tub was not going to be usable during our stay. That’s why we booked the hotel. Or even gave a discount for pool and hot tub being down . Plus they were under a remodel too which we dealt with also but sealable ”
