“Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired. The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. “Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.”

“Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold.
