“Easy driving from The Galleria. Plenty of parking spot (no garage). Our room was on the first floor. There was a very narrow window and it was pretty dark. Right outside was a parking. Someone parked a car could see inside of our room. We should have choosen upper floors. The facility was a bit dated, however the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening happy hour service was quite basic compared to other Drury Inn we've stayed before. They are hit or miss.”

“Nice hotel for the price. Best part is that it is very close to the galleria mall. Walking distance is about 5-10 mins. The hot water gets very hot which is a good thing. The toilet had a very slow and weak flush. The pillows were very deflated and flat. Really close to the conservatory which is a nice place to chill and grab a bite to eat from a variety of food restaurants, definitely check that out, and the galleria mall. Really good bang for your buck. But If you are looking for a more luxury...

“La camera era molto comoda, carina e pulita, il personale molto gentile. Le condizioni di alcune parti dell’hotel però non erano esattamente come nelle foto (hall e sala colazione). I mobili (sedie ecc) erano rovinati. La cosa peggiore però dal mio punto di vista, è stata la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare tantissima scelta, ma trovo inaccettabile che nel 2025 un hotel non abbia neanche dei biscotti o delle merendine per eventuali ospiti...
