“The outside of the hotel doesn’t look like much. But the rooms are great, right on the river. The bath tub was my favorite.”

“Me and my husband had a 2 night 3 day stay We had no maid service no room cleaning was done they supplied us with 2 additional towels The air conditioning unit was broken in room 114 and the floor by the window was saturated wet I use two towels and a plastic bag to help be able to get into the closet near the saturated floor from the air conditioning unit it was reported we were never offered a different room, and the problem was never addressed or repaired”

“I had paid to stay 3 nights. The property is in such poor conditions I can not believe Expedia has this property on there website. Of course the reviews are very inaccurate. The bathroom was filthy. Turned on the water in the tub, water pressure very low. The shower didn’t work and you couldn’t stop the tub to take bath. I asked for another room, but there were no more. “The room was overall good, I had a 2-night stay and they didn’t come service the room… disappointing for sure. But breakfast was decent, and room was decent.”

“The location is excellent as it is close to shopping and a variety of restaurant options. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay at this location in the future if I am ever in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and modern. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were pretty much standard and can be limited for someone who doesn't eat eggs or dairy. However, overall, it was money well spent and good value for money.”

“The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a.
