“Beds are too old”

“I booked this room for location, price on a last minute price/availability needed stay, and after reading reviews that were positive. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the positive reviews were based on. If it was on the bed alone, I agree, it was a clean place for me to lay my head for 7 hours. But the entire hotel was old, the rooms are in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. The bathroom ceiling was full of black mold. And for a non-smoking hotel, the hallways all reeked of cigarette smoke....

“Room we received had ceiling leak and moldy smell. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and bathroom shower was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. Very disappointed and would not ever stay here again.”

“Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not...

“Great staff, good restaurant and incredibly comfy bed”

“Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me. So I had to sit in my car and they never called me. So I had to go back in and find out. Normally, hotels will let you check-in a little early, since most people check out early too. “Whole place smelled awful, there was a bug in the room, very sketchy people”

“Stayed on the first floor. Carpet had stains, smelled musty. Bathroom walls had splatter from something on it. Bed was comfortable.”
